The best news is my little guy is doing well. I forgot to post the other good news. His injury only involved one reproductive tool. Hopefully, he'll be up to some breeding in about a month. He really is a handsome male. I wouldn't call him a high-red radix but he does have nice color. This guy was well worth the $35 investment. Color aside, he's worth it.
I was fortunate to be able to assist the Vet. in the proceedure.

Your desire to learn is very impressive Steve, it was all I could do it even look at the picture, I could not even have been in the same room with the vet.

You are also blessed to have a vet that will work for such a nominal fee.

Proves that good things really do happen to good people.

Steve, I'm sorry you encounter tragedy but it's always a learning experience that you share with us, and for that I'm grateful.

Sorry to hear your little guy had an issue, but glad his OTHER manhood is still intact.

Thanks again for sharing.

Like I've said before, if anyone finds me sick or injured and laying by the road, pick me up and ship me to the Radix Ranch. I'll get better care there than in any hospital, that's for sure!

My little man started eating again tonight(this morning).
I'll know everythings OK when I see him getting dragged around the enclosure by one of the females.
